Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy


Welcome to geetaextruders.com. We take immense pride in the quality and engineering of our machinery. Because our products are industrial-grade equipment, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and warranties. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Pre-Shipping Inspection & Quality Assurance

  • 100% Factory Tested: Every single machine manufactured by Geeta Extruders undergoes rigorous testing and quality control at our factory premises before being dispatched.

  • We ensure that the machinery is in perfect, fully operational condition prior to loading and transport.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Damaged in Transit Only: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any machine once it leaves our factory, except in the case of verified transportation/transit damage.

  • Reporting Damage: If your machinery arrives with physical damage caused during transport, you must report it to us immediately within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic and video evidence of the packaging and the damaged components.

  • Evaluation: Once the transit damage is verified by our team, we will coordinate the appropriate return, replacement, or repair solution. Returns or refunds for reasons other than transit damage (e.g., change of mind, operational mismatch) are strictly not accepted.

3. Warranty Terms

  • Electric Motor Warranty: We provide a 1-Year Warranty on the machine's electric motor, starting from the date of purchase.
    • Within this 1-year window, if the motor encounters a manufacturing defect or operational failure under normal working conditions, it is fully repairable or replaceable at our discretion.

  • Other Components & Parts: The 1-year warranty applies strictly to the electric motor only. There is no warranty, guarantee, return, or refund coverage for any other structural, mechanical, or wear-and-tear parts of the machinery.

4. Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Technical Support
Even if a component is not covered under warranty, we stand by our machinery and ensure long-term operational support for our clients:

  • Paid Repairs: All non-motor parts and post-warranty motor issues are fully repairable by our team on a chargeable basis.

  • Expert Technical Visits: If your machinery requires servicing, parts replacement, or troubleshooting beyond the motor warranty, you can request an expert technician visit.

  • Charges: The cost of replacement parts, technician labour, travel, and accommodation for the expert visit will be fully borne by the customer.
